Many in our community face poverty each and every day. It comes in different forms such as money, housing, and health, including period poverty which impacts many young women. Change starts with a need. In this case, it is a need that often goes forgotten.

We unite in our mission to spotlight the critical issue of period poverty that affects millions of women and girls worldwide and not to mention right in our own city. It's time to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and ensure affordable and hygienic menstrual products for everyone in need.
It can be shameful and an embarrassment for those who cannot afford menstrual products, causing them to miss work or school. Our goal is to secure a container of 100,000 packs of healthy sanitary napkins to reduce truancy rate in middle & high school and college and work spaces. That's $3.50 per pack
